MEAT POETRY

Majordomo Meat & Fish at The Palazzo Las Vegas offers a trio of smoked meats, sides, and desserts for $65 dollars on Sundays.

The only way to advertise something so glorious is via haikus.

BRISKET

The nightingale sings

Just before the brisket is served

Sing along with him

PORK RIBS

Can you smell the pork

Ribs smoking in yonder kitchen

Our evening’s set

BEEF RIBS

Two beef ribs diverge

On the plate but in David’s place

No meat is less traveled by

SUNDAY EVENING

Come, oh Sunday night

May flights of meaty angels

Sing me to my rest

VALUE

A hawk on the wing

I hunt for value and tasty meat

For majordomo
